*Any Stainless Steel jewelry (Necklaces, Bracelets, Pendants, and Rings) must be notified within 7 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND (excludes Plugs, Tapers, Belly Rings, etc).
All return merchandise must be notified within 7 days of
receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number. Items returned to Pierced Fish without a
RMA or notified of a return within the week will not be accepted under any
Pierced Fish is not responsible for replacement of jewelry
damaged by misuse, improper care, jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style, or
material for your piercing. We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by
over-tightening. Damaged acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be
replaced. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make
sure they have not come loose.
Product descriptions for each item are provided and include sizing, materials, etc. If you should have any questions regarding item specifications please contact us through our contact page.
In the few cases that you receive a defective item due to manufacturer defect it must be returned in ORGINAL SEALED PACKAGING with an RMA number provided from Pierced Fish.
*Once you have contacted us and receive a RMA number from a Pierced Fish personnel, please send the item back within 1 week of the notification.
Please send your package back to Pierced Fish via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or any other service. We are not responsible for items not received or damage done by any of the mailing services you have used.
Any problems with delivery when sending the items back to us must be taken care of with the delivery service you have used.
Please package the item being sent back to make sure no damage can be done to the item during the shipping process. Any damaged item upon receipt will not be accepted.
You must include the invoice or a copy of the invoice with the returned item. A return without it will not be accepted.
Please circle the item being sent back on the invoice.
The RMA number must be visible on the front of the package.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to received and process your return. Delivery and shipping charges are not refunded.
